2.2 Deposit: A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the tour start date.
2.3 Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other specified payment methods mentioned on our website.
2.4 Pricing: All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.

4.2 By Right Trip: Right Trip reserves the right to modify tour itineraries if necessary due to weather conditions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to provide services of equal or better standard.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid identification and any necessary permits required for travel in Jammu and Kashmir. Right Trip is not liable for any issues arising from inadequate documentation.
Customers must inform Right Trip of any medical conditions, disabilities, or special requirements before booking. We reserve the right to refuse service if a customer's condition may endanger themselves or others during the tour.
Right Trip acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers (hotels, transportation, activities). While we carefully select our partners, we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience resulting from the actions or omissions of these third-party providers.
We strongly recommend that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be Subject to jurisdiction of jammu kashmir and Ladakh high court.
