2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Process: All bookings must be made through our official website, authorized travel agents, or by contacting our customer service directly.

2.2 Deposit: A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the tour start date.

2.3 Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other specified payment methods mentioned on our website.

2.4 Pricing: All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Customer:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour start date: Full refund of the deposit minus a processing fee of ₹1,000.
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before the tour start date: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before the tour start date: 25% of the deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour start date: No refund will be provided.

3.2 Cancellation by Right Trip: In the rare event that Right Trip needs to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient participants), customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for a later date.

4. Tour Modifications

4.1 By Customer: Any modifications to the booking requested by the customer are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4.2 By Right Trip: Right Trip reserves the right to modify tour itineraries if necessary due to weather conditions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to provide services of equal or better standard.

5. Travel Documentation

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid identification and any necessary permits required for travel in Jammu and Kashmir. Right Trip is not liable for any issues arising from inadequate documentation.

6. Health and Safety

Customers must inform Right Trip of any medical conditions, disabilities, or special requirements before booking. We reserve the right to refuse service if a customer's condition may endanger themselves or others during the tour.

7. Liability

Right Trip acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers (hotels, transportation, activities). While we carefully select our partners, we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience resulting from the actions or omissions of these third-party providers.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be Subject to jurisdiction of jammu kashmir and Ladakh high court.
